AQ0035 Enamel Varnish - 35: Gloss - 50ml

Humbrol Enamel Varnish 35 is a solvent-based Clear Gloss varnish, supplied in a 50ml metal tinlet. It dries Clear over Enamel paint, sealing the surface and leaving a high Gloss finish. The 50ml tin holds over three times the volume of the 14ml tinlet, so there are fewer refills during long sessions. Humbrol has been making Enamels for over 100 years.

• Touch-dry in 20 - 40 mins; hard-dry in 1 - 2 hours
• Applies by brush straight from the tin or palette, or by airbrush
• Thins and cleans up with Enamel Thinners; thinning also shortens drying times
• Permanent once dry, but removable with Enamel Thinners before it sets

Ideal For

• Finishing scale model kits with a protective Gloss coat
• Airbrushing over military and railway miniatures
• Regular varnish use, where a 14ml tinlet runs out mid-build

How to Use

Brush straight from the tin or palette, applying two thin coats rather than one thick coat. For airbrushing, thin with Enamel Thinners at 2 parts varnish to 1 part thinner and spray from over 25cm. Warning: solvent-based product, not suitable for children under 14 years.
