AD6998 Enamel Varnish Spray - 49: Matt - 150ml

Humbrol Enamel Varnish Spray 49 is a Clear, Matt varnish supplied in a 150ml aerosol. It is solvent-based and formulated as an overcoat for Enamel paint, drying Clear and transparent over the colour beneath. The flat finish suits military and armour subjects, where a sheen would break the scale illusion. Humbrol has been the modeller's standard for decades.

How to Use

Shake the can well, then spray from >25cm away with an even back and forth action. Apply two thin coats rather than one thick coat, and let the base paint cure fully first; otherwise, the Matt coat can sink into it and look glossy. After use, invert the can and press the nozzle for a few seconds to Clear the valve; Warning: solvent-based aerosol; use in a well-ventilated area, away from flames; not suitable for anyone under 14 years.
